-The terms and conditions of sale are legally binding
-Must be 18 of age to purchase a animal or verifiable parental/guardian consent
-Every customers must be aware of is local and regional bylaws before committing a purchase of any reptiles
-Health, genetics and sex of every animal purchased from King & queen reptiles is guaranteed.
-Payments can be made on PayPal reservation invoices directly with any credit card on PayPal account or Cash. EMT’s can be made to accounts@kingandqueenreptiles.com this invoice will be updated with each payment on reserved animals and a copy will be emailed to you.
-Deposit are a minimum of 20% of the total and are non-refundable. If for any reason we can’t deliver your animal, we will refund your deposit. Sales are final, we do NOT accept any returns animals except incorrectly sex animals.
-Deposit to reserve a snake or any animals are arrangements to pay within a certain time, if the arrangement is not respected a penalty fee of 15% of the total invoice will be charge. Please ensure you can commit to a reasonable payment plan before agreeing to our terms and conditions to avoid penalty.
-All the animals are shipped healthy, you must be there to receive your package from 8am-5pm or pick it up at the closest hub near you for the next day live delivery service with FedEx. For airplane delivery you must be able to be at the local airport pet line shipping service 8am-11pm.
We guarantee our animals for a period of 7 days so please contact us if anything went wrong with the animal in that time frame for we can remedy the problems. Our company does NOT take responsibility or reimburse in a third party actions or treatments. Please take a picture of the animal when it arrives.
-All our animals are ship through airline cargo, FedEx, reptiles runners or private carriers on priority overnight
-Shipping cost is determined at the moment of the sale, for all the international order please inquiring for more information
